Vanaf het aperitief tot en met de koffie was het niveau zeer hoog met een bediening die de familiale warmte uitstraalde.
Elk gerecht was van topkwaliteit en werd geserveerd met een bijpassende wijn, telkens met een gedetailleerde uitleg over zowel het gerecht als de wijn.
Na afloop kwam de chef nog aan tafel langs...

Elk gerecht was van topkwaliteit en werd geserveerd met een bijpassende wijn, telkens met een gedetailleerde uitleg over zowel het gerecht als de wijn.
Na afloop kwam de chef nog aan tafel langs om te vragen hoe wij het ervaren hadden, wat leidde tot een lang en joviaal gesprek.
Echt voor iedereen een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We werden net iets te veel in het ongewisse gelaten. Ons eerste glas liet (te ) lang op zich wachten.
Gelukkig maakte het heerlijk hemelse eten (bijna) alles goed.
Eten was heel lekker , verrassende combinaties en leuk gepresenteerd ! De op het moment zelf gebakken broodjes samen met de verschillende gekruide botertjes …. Mmm . Vriendelijke en losse bediening . Wij komen heel graag terug dat staat nu al vast !
Als de service zo goed was als de gerechten hadden zij al een ster gehad
Bediening wel heel vriendelijk, maar geduld moet je wel hebben. Spijtig voor de chef die buitengewone gerechten kan bereiden. Gaan er toch terug omdat het zo bijzonder lekker was.
