About Imprévu
Discover Restaurant Imprévu, where talented couple Mitchell Merola and Daniela Sparanero started a new gastronomic story after their successful adventure at Table'O in Heers in the beautiful premises of domain De Barrier in Houthalen. In a stylishly restyled interior, they bring refined, creative and bold cuisine.
Be surprised by their flavourful creations, such as risotto with pieces of cuttlefish, Imperial Heritage caviar and marinated cuttlefish served on charcoal crackers.
