Restaurant De Kristalijn* is located in Genk and serves French-Belgian cuisine.

It is an experience to dine at “The Kristalijn”, be it for lunch or for dinner. Our harmonious restaurant has large windows all around, so that you can enjoy stunning views from every table in all seasons. When the weather is fine, the windows can be thrown open, making you feel as if you are surrounded by nature. All tables also have a view of the open kitchen where the chef and his team are busy every day with fresh and enticing produce and dishes.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation several minutes after you've made the reservation by email. No email? Please check your spambox.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?
