Zeer goede prijs / kwaliteit
Chef Yanaika slaagt er telkens in mij te verrassen door haar creatieve keuken. Ze tovert smaken op het bord met hoogwaardige ingrediënten in oogstrelende kunstwerkjes.
Ik heb maar één opmerking, de porties vallen wel erg klein uit.

Ruime parking en hartelijk onthaal. Mooie setting en vooral héél héél lekker eten. Prachtige borden met ware kunstwerken die zeer lekker zijn . Een ontdekking waar we zeker nog eens van gaan genieten binnenkort ! Een aanrader van formaat !!!
L’expérience a été extraordinaire. La cuisine a des saveurs exceptionnelles et le personnel est aux petits soins.

In the peace and quiet of Wellen in Limburg, you can find pure gastronomy and a culinary gem at The Black Knife! The restaurant is run by Yanaika and Niels, partners in crime. Criminal chef Yanaika creates phenomenal dishes with a French base. "We want to offer an exclusive experience where good food is central, moreover, we strive for the highest quality in products and service." Yanaika works with local products from the region as much as possible and they have a 'no food waste' policy as a high priority. Right after opening, she earned a first chef's hat from the renowned Gault&Millau guide. Taste and be wowed by the contrast of the siren setting and culinary flavor explosions at The Black Knife!
