Restaurant Schatteman is located in the middle of the woods of Hertsberge. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful dishes in a green and peaceful environment. Gregory respects every product and likes to cook seasonally. Elegant dishes with intensive flavors are the result. Marieke provides matching wines. The wine list therefore offers a wide choice of various wines, styles and prices.

The Restaurant Schatteman team welcomes their guests in the pleasant setting of the former Restaurant Manderley. The interior has been refreshed with a selection of modern Flemish figurative art, from the 60s to the present. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beautiful green surroundings on the terrace. Are you also coming to enjoy the most beautiful dishes in a peaceful green setting?

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation several minutes after you've made the reservation by email. No email? Please check your spambox.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
